Arcus Developments Ltd is a specialist property development company managed by David Mortimer.

Arcus engages in development projects directly, and also via joint ventures where each joint venture party can bring complimentary skills to the development process.

David has a broad range of experience across all sectors of the property market having practiced as a valuer and commercial property manager during his early years in the property industry and then with a direct involvement in the property development sector for the past 25 years.

Current projects include commercial and retail developments together with joint ventures in the rezoning and subdivision of land for residential and industrial uses.

Arcus will joint venture with property owners wanting to unlock the development potential of their properties by using its development experience to analyse development options, prepare feasibilities and manage the development process.
